| Job Summary: |
This position will provide management, oversight and business strategy analysis within ITG. Will oversee the Project Delivery Office and Administration to optimize value, cost and risk, while turning data into knowledge, making sound business decisions. Works cross-functionally with the CIO and Sr Leadership to solve problems and implement changes.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

| Job Duties: |
Identifies resource constraints that impact implementation of desired organizational goals. Executes functional departmental business plans and contributes to the development of functional, departmental, or LEAN strategies.
Provides input to the CIO on functional or departmental strategy. Champions a cohesive and consistent approach to improvement in the organization.
Reviews the progress of all operational projects Audit requests and reports on the performance of those units to the executive team.

Knowledge of:
• Broad and generally deep understanding of all facets of management and leadership, as well as a vision for the specific business program/function being managed.
• Most infrastructure technologies and in-house developed applications utilized in the enterprise.

| Selective Preference(s): |
Bachelor’s degree plus 5 or more years of related experience in related discipline (or equivalent experience).
| Pre-Employment Requirements: |
This position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job, and the following requirements apply. Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver’s license record checks. The license must be current, unexpired, and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records, and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-10-207.11).
