| Job Summary: |
This position is responsible for Human Resources (HR) administration and administrative services within the Information Technology Division. Duties include but are not limited to; Human Resource functionalities inclusive of recruitment, personnel changes, position control and management, process/compliance tracking, performance management support, and employee relations related activities. Collaborates with leadership within the division and partners with central human resources. Additional duties for this position include procurement activities, facilities and asset management, contract management, standard work and payroll support. Model ADOT values through leading, coaching and developing problem solvers to implement and sustain a continuous improvement culture.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

| Job Duties: |
Works with highly confidential information. Provides guidance to employees for HR related activities. Activities include recruitment, performance management, personnel actions, position control and management, payroll proxy, and employee relations support. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies. Serves as a liaison between the region's management team and HR
Manages functions and procedures for ITG Offices such as supply management, reporting, office moves, and inventory. Monitor and recommend cost saving techniques. Reports budget to DiFO. Identifies training budget and works as a backup approver for IT requisitions.
Works as a liaison between IT and the contracted Managed Service providers for IT temporary staff and statements of work.

• HR guidelines and processes.

• Administrative methods and procedures used in managing resources and personnel.
• Administrative, organization, fiscal management, and budget control policies.
• The state procurement system.

| Selective Preference(s): |
2 years experience in administrative management, data research, and analysis.
1 year experience working in the public sector.
| Pre-Employment Requirements: |
This position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job, and the following requirements apply. Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver’s license record checks. The license must be current, unexpired, and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records, and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-10-207.11).
