The Department of Economic Security, Division of Technology Services, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Systems/Network Engineer. This position will serve as a Senior Enterprise OnBase Administrator. This position assists with daily support, maintenance, governance, and customer service of OnBase systems, including various OnBase Modules, SQL Monitor, and applicable integrations such as: Okta Workforce and/or Active Directory. This includes configuration within these systems and integrations as requested. Daily activities include supporting divisions, prioritizing and distributing tickets, and configuration of policies. Other duties include configuration and
troubleshooting of complex issues, support strategy sessions, provide industry best practice guidance to leadership, and participate in projects to extend automation opportunities.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the department's needs and continual meetings of expected performance measures.

| Job Duties: |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain, monitor and update OnBase configurations, including integration creation and support. Troubleshoot issues within the environment.
- Prioritizes and plans work activities and sets goals and objectives. Conducts daily Event Viewer analysis, identifies and characterizes incidents, generates incident reports, and investigates suspicious activity.
- Performs system analysis, designs, constructs and tests infrastructure. Identifies opportunities and implements solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Creates process documentation for internal use. Participates in meetings, support strategy session and work groups to streamline processes for efficiency.
- Reviews configuration change proposals for compliance to established standards, guidelines, and policies. Provides guidance, assistance, training, and documentation for process solutions.

- Various infrastructure technologies and in-house developed applications utilized in the enterprise
- SQL Management Studio
- Advanced information system configuration management
- Active Directory, Group Policy, Certificate Services, Okta and in-house developed applications utilized in the enterprise
- Installing of PC Software
- Evaluating and testing of emerging technologies
- OnBase Troubleshooting Tools, OnBase Reporting Dashboards, OnBase Workview/Workflow
- Unity Scripts
- API integration

- This position may require driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job to conduct State business, then the following requirements apply: Driver’s License Requirements. Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver’s license record checks. The license must be current, unexpired, and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records, and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-10-207.11).
- Successfully pass background and reference checks; employment is contingent upon completion of the above-mentioned process and the agency’s ability to reasonably accommodate any restrictions.
- All newly hired State employees are subject to and must successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify).
- Applicants for this position will be required to apply for and show proof of receipt of a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card that meets DES requirements for a Level One card.
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of extensive experience in systems engineering (or equivalent experience).
