    ADOSH program due to the fact that it provides direction for the ADOSH Tucson Compliance team. Although it does not normally directly supervise, the position can provide supervision for Phoenix and Tucson staff in the absence of, or requested by other ADOSH Deputy Directors. This position also has direct responsibility for initiating state plan program changes, implementing federal program changes, directives, etc., and adopting new standards, policies, and procedures. The position also helps develop the annual ICA and OSHA 23(g) budgets. The position works closely with the ICA Legal Division, as well as the Governor's Regulatory Review Council (GRRC).

    Under the supervision of a Physical Plant Supervisor, the Refrigeration Mechanic installs, maintains, and repairs the heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation equipment for facilities under the care of the Arizona Army National Guard in the Central region, which include the areas of Phoenix, Buckeye, and Florence. Position will occasionally utilize and supervise inmate labor to assist in maintenance and service functions. May also be required to transport inmates to and from different job sites.

    The Electrician is responsible for a variety of tasks, requiring highly skilled abilities in maintaining Arizona Army National Guard (AZ ARNG) buildings/infrastructure. This position performs facility electrical troubleshooting and repair of all types for the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) at Camp Navajo and outlying armories. Actively participates in promoting a continuous improvement workplace culture, through the use of teamwork, root cause problem solving, standard operating procedures, and review of performance metrics.
