Agent Card Specialist in PHOENIX
This position is responsible for managing the application process for the 17,000 marijuana facility agents, dispensary agents and lab agents for the Adult-Use and Medical Marijuana programs, as well as working with DPS to ensure compliant fingerprint cards are submitted to DPS for the required background checks. This position must oversee and manage the application process and make recommendations for process/database improvements as needed. Must maintain an understanding of the Adult-Use and Medical Marijuana rules and statutes to process, track and manage deficiencies, ensure cards are processed in compliance with strict time frames, ensure ability to provide appropriate technical assistance, and communicate with the public and licensees with the strict confidentiality required by statute. The position of the Education and Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing the compliance and basic training for the Licensing Division Bureaus as they pertain to state regulations for applications, surveys, and complaints.
