LICENSING SURVEYOR ENTRY in PHOENIX
Performs work corresponding to the activities within the Division of Public Health Licensing Services, Bureau of Assisted Living Facilities Licensing. Assists with or determines the issuing of licenses to licensed facilities and providers, maintaining current licenses by ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Conducts initial and annual recertification inspections of health care institutions regulated by the Department to determine compliance with all applicable regulations. Review of quality systems by tracking documents, corrective actions, and other quality data. What You'll Do To Contribute to Agency Success : As the Compliance Program Manager, you will report directly to the Deputy Assistant Director of the Division of Behavioral Health and Housing, Grants Administration. You'll be responsible for the oversight of the AHCCCS' DBHH Sub-Recipient Monitoring program and will provide analysis, post award services, and oversight to ensure compliance with Uniform Guidance and grant specific requirements; serve as a resource for staff of grant funded programs for fiscal and programmatic compliance matters. The position is grant funded and may be eliminated based on the availability of funding.
