Financial Analyst 3 in PHOENIX
The position will be considered a subject matter expert who utilizes various platforms to perform their duties related to financial summaries, purchasing, accounting, procurement and others. On a regular basis, the position is tasked with presenting complex financial information to their assigned area in an accessible and easy to understand manner so that they are able to make decisions accordingly. They may also be responsible for reporting and managing overarching fund sources that other programs across the agency may leverage. Lab Compliance Officer Sr in PHOENIX
Performs work corresponding to the activities within the Quality Assurance and Improvement Office, Radiation Control, and the Laboratory Licensure and Certification Office. Assists or determines the issuing of licenses to laboratories (Medical Marijuana, Environmental, Clinical), maintaining current licenses (EPA, CLIA, ISO/IEC) for ASPHL by ensuring the minimum standards of proficiency, methodology, quality assurance, operation and safety, and ensuring compliance with ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. Conducts initial and annual inspections of laboratories, ionizing and non ionizing facilities to determine compliance with the Statutes or Rules. Review of quality systems by tracking documents, corrective actions, and other quality data. Conducts investigations of the operation of a licensed laboratory upon receiving a complaint or of an unlicensed laboratory performing compliance testing. This position is required to perform work at/attend meetings at alternate locations and/or travel (in and out of state) when necessary, possibly requiring a state, personal or rented vehicle.

Health Program Manager 2 in PHOENIX
Under limited direction of the Program Manager, this position is responsible for work and activities of a difficult nature being the first point of contact for all ground and air ambulance services, throughout the State of Arizona. This position will be responsible for: -Reviewing and processing ambulance service applications and other matters involving ambulance service certification. -Review and evaluate complex interfacility and political subdivision contracts for the provision of ambulance services. -Providing technical assistance to applicants on completing ambulance service applications, interpreting and applying Arizona Revised Statutes, Arizona Administrative Code agency policies and procedures. -Provide complex review of Ambulance company financial reports and recommend rate changes to all 103 CON holders throughout the State of Arizona. -Provide analysis for both General Rate Adjustments and Automatic Rate Adjustments to all 103 CON holders in the State of Arizona. -Serves as the Bureau liaison with the Assistant Attorney General's Office on issues involving ambulance service applications, drafting legal notices and responding to requests for information. -Provides written and verbal reports to Bureau staff as needed. -Drafts and analyzes legal notices. -Performs other duties as required.

Health Program Manager 1 in PHOENIX
This position is responsible for performing critical and time sensitive follow up and case management services for newborns and infants with abnormal dried blood spot screening test results. This includes analyzing laboratory test results, documenting all actions in laboratory management information system and coordinating follow up activities among and between physicians, hospitals, parents and testing centers to ensure proper timely services and care. This position also provides customer services to doctor, parent and external partner regarding newborn screening results. Other duties include participate in continuous quality improvement projects, review standard operating protocol, provide assistance to hearing follow up as well as education event at hospitals.
