Compliance Officer Supervisor in PHOENIX
Performs work corresponding to the activities within the Division of Public Health Licensing Services, Bureau of Assisted Living Facilities Licensing. Assists with or determines the issuing of licenses to licensed facilities and providers, maintaining current licenses by ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Assists with or conducts initial and annual recertification/compliance inspections of health care institutions regulated by the Department to determine compliance with all applicable regulations. Oversee and/or review of quality systems by tracking documents, corrective actions, and other quality data. Provides technical assistance to providers and consumers. Requests/analyzes/oversees/responds to feedback from clients on services. Develops standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, and other performance-related metrics. Oversees training program for new employees. Generates training materials and gives presentations to internal/external stakeholders as assigned. Supervises, directs, and provides advice and guidance to lower-level worker.
