BUREAU CHIEF EMS AND TRAUMA SERVICES (BEMSTS) in PHOENIX
This position manages a staff charged with licensing, monitoring, inspecting, and enforcing statutes and rules for emergency medical care technicians (EMCTs), EMCT training programs, base hospitals, trauma centers, air and ground ambulance organizations, and vehicles. Oversee the collection and analysis of data from EMS agencies and trauma hospitals, developing public health and quality improvement reports, managing, and encouraging participation in EMS and trauma quality improvement initiatives, and facilitating and managing three statutory advisory bodies and standing committees on behalf of ADHS.

PUBLIC HEALTH SCIENTIST SUPERVISOR in PHOENIX
This position is responsible for the planning and supervision of all activities and programs within the Bacteriology Section. Conducts investigations of the operation of a licensed facility or provider upon receiving a complaint or of an unlicensed facility. Performing services that need regulation. Corresponds with the regulated community or with regulatory bodies, responds to technical questions from licensees, develops standards, participates in rule-making, and conducts inspections. Performs, assists or reviews detailed investigative or inspection reports, statements of deficiencies, and correspondence regarding changes in the status of a licensee’s license, or other types of legal orders. PROCUREMENT TECHNICIAN in PHOENIX
This position is located in a centralized procurement office which has Department of Administration delegated procurement authority. Works under general supervision. This position services the ADHS with subject matter expertise in the process of procuring goods and services. Develops Agreements using standard templates. This role will monitor contract expiration dates and ensure they are renewed on time. This position will also serve as the APP administrator and support all agency APP related requests.
