    • Regional Specialist - Pima South in various locations

      The Regional Specialist advances First Things First’s (FTF) mission to support the healthy development and learning of young children in the region by serving as a trusted regional leader and an agent of systems change in the area of early childhood development and health issues across the region who embraces challenges, leads local community engagement, and motivates/guides others to recognize opportunity for change and/or new direction. This position inspires community support for early childhood initiatives, influences public thinking and action, and fosters collaboration across multiple stakeholders. The Regional Specialist serves as both a connector and a thought partner, coordinating regional efforts while supporting statewide systems change and community engagement goals. In this role, the Regional Specialist reports to the Regional Area Director as a member of the FTF Regional Unit and will help support the following regional partnership council(s): Pima South Regional Partnership Council.

    • Psychiatrist - POOL in PHOENIX

      The Psychiatrist POOL will be responsible for providing in-patient specialty psychiatric care to patients admitted to the Arizona State Hospital including: performing diagnostic examinations, preparing court ordered evaluations and affidavits for civil mental health court, prescribing medications, developing behavioral plans, monitoring care and progress of the patient toward treatment and recovery goals; leading a multi-disciplinary team, overseeing the work of the team in developing and implementing a plan of care, working with outpatient teams, the patient, families and community providers of care to coordinate a continuum of care for assigned patients; completing inpatient documentation, preparation of reports for legal and administrative purposes; participating in hospital committees and in the development of policies and procedures and standards for mental health program services; working with other professionals in a recovery model including nurses, social workers, psychologists, rehabilitation staff, and other physicians and professional including physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
