      This position is responsible for a post-production audit and inspection of manufactured housing for the purpose of Retailer compliance. This requires an inspection of the Retailer’s records and home inventory to evaluate compliance with the requirements under Subpart F of the Manufactured Home Procedural and Enforcement Regulations, 24 Code of Federal Regulations Part 3282. Evaluation of a Retailer’s knowledge and understanding of the regulations, providing opportunities for information exchange, training and sharing of best practices. Conduct investigations, inspections, and monitor the progress of consumer complaints as well as following up on any other issues specific to a particular Retailer. These functions support the Agency's mission to maintain standards of quality and safety for the occupants of these regulated structures.
