Plans, reviews, recommends, and directs ADCRR’s contracts for commodities and services programs, implements all purchasing and contract negotiations, and procurement activities prior to contract awarding. Is responsible for the quality and timeliness of purchasing activities. Completes data analysis, industry research/benchmarking, and performance metrics. Manages a team of professionals for completeness and accuracy. Develops administrative reporting.
