Located in Phoenix, AZ, PSPRS manages three retirement plans and serves active and retired public safety and correctional facility personnel, judges and elected officials. Reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor, this position is responsible for the maintenance and support of the PSPRS end user computing environment, MFPs, network, and server infrastructure. Processes, documents, and coordinates resolution of trouble calls leveraging the Agency’s incident management system. Categorizes, isolates, and resolves hardware and software problem issues. Performs onboarding and offboarding of users. Implements software patches, security fixes, and tests and validates modified IT system configurations.
