    • CORRECTIONAL REGISTERED NURSE in PHOENIX

      The Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) comprises various professionals located throughout the state in our central office, secure care facility, and regional community corrections offices. The ADJC, along with its dedicated professionals, are responsible for young people who are committed to its jurisdiction by county juvenile courts, as well as the administration of the Interstate Commission for Juveniles. Our agency is committed to promoting public safety by providing effective evidence-based rehabilitation for young people with multiple needs, including mental health and medical care. This includes providing developmentally appropriate treatment, pro-social activities, and education and career training. Through collaboration with various partners, we ensure continuity of these services for young people as they transition back to their communities. The ADJC monitors the various outcomes and impacts of these services, including reductions in recidivism. Our accountability to the citizens of Arizona is paramount as we work to fulfill our vision and mission.

    • Maternal Child Health / EPSDT Supervisor in various locations

      Under the leadership of the Maternal Child Health/EPSDT Manager, this position will provide oversight and monitoring of policies, programs, and activities related to the areas of maternal health, preventive health, family planning, and Early and Periodic, Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment programs (EPSDT), within the Division of Managed Care Services. This includes directly supervising a team of nurse coordinators, directing and delegating work to staff, training of new employees, conducting one on one and team meetings, and identifying and supporting staff and team goals and professional development. This position will be responsible for health plan compliance reviews and activities, technical assistance provided to health plans and providers, and representing the Agency at various meetings, conferences, and events, as well as representing the MCH/EPSDT unit internally, along with, or in the absence of the manager.

      Under immediate to general supervision, this position provides a variety of services to families, children and adults in various social service programs in the Department of Child Safety (DCS). Duties include assisting individuals and families with application process, providing case management assistance to participants involved in DCS, as well as providing clerical support, as needed.

    • Management Analyst 4 in PHOENIX

      This position serves as the Department of Child Safety's (DCS) Comprehensive Health Plan (CHP)'s Quality Health Care Data Analytics subject matter expert. The position is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of health data management services focused on measuring the quality of health care for children in foster care utilizing metrics from systems, including but not limited to NCQA, HEDIS, and Medicare. The Clinical Informatics Analyst participates in the monitoring of DCS CHP's contracted Managed Care Organization (MCO); specifically, validates performance measures and other data driven metrics produced by the MCO. This position also contributes to DCS CHP's Quality Management Department's activities for ongoing continuous performance improvements, compliance and alignment with Agency strategic initiatives.
