Job Summary:The Director of Facilities and Capital Development reports to the Executive Director of Administrative Service and is an essential role that encompasses a broad range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation and integrity of college facilities and capital development. The Facilities Department has a 6-million-dollar operating budget to manage 25 college-owned buildings across three campuses, located in two counties, totaling 1.5 million square feet of assignable space, with an estimated value exceeding $400 million. Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community. LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan. Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process. |
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Management, or related field. |
