    • Student Success Navigator in Bastrop, LA

      This grant-funded position represents the College for the purposes of general advising, outreach, promoting student enrollment, student retention, and management of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and students. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a Student Success Navigator for all students, including adult education students, workforce students, academic and technical students. The Navigator will engage in recruiting efforts across all areas and take charge of retention and completion for all programs. Full time position that will provide guidance in areas of recruitment, advising, registration, and retention in CTE programs, workforce development programs, adult education programs, and traditional academic programs.

In addition to instructional duties, the Transition Coordinator component of the role provides individualized transition planning, academic and career advising, and resource navigation to support students as they move from adult education into higher education, training programs, or employment. The position collaborates closely with faculty, workforce partners, and college departments to ensure seamless transitions and sustained student progress toward educational and career goals.
