The Opportunity

As the Senior Manager, Marketing you will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and implementation of integrated marketing programs and omnichannel strategies to drive student enrolments. It will oversee the execution of campaigns across advertising, digital, social, events, and communications, informed by market insights and research. The role will build strong stakeholder partnerships, monitor market trends, and continuously improve programs and processes. It will lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with global and local frameworks. The position will oversee performance marketing, analytics, and reporting to optimise ROI and decision-making. It will also drive strategic projects, governance, compliance, and effective use of CRM, marketing automation, and martech systems, ensuring alignment with institutional standards.

To be successful in this role you will have postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing, with proven leadership expertise in complex, matrixed organisations. You bring a strong track record in delivering impactful, data-driven campaigns across paid and owned channels, alongside advanced skills in content creation and multichannel execution. Your ability to influence, communicate, and build partnerships at senior levels sets you apart, as does your talent for leading and inspiring high-performing teams. You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, underpinned by deep expertise in CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and governance, and confidently navigate international, cross-border marketing environments in both English and Indonesian.
