Help shape the future of children in our care

As one of our highly valued Educators, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

At C&K White Rock we have an open natural learning environment where the children explore and investigate, and extend their learning. Our teachers and educators focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play. Our partnership with the White Rock State School eases our children’s transition to school, wherever they may choose to attend. Throughout the year, we regularly visit the school grounds and library, and participate in school events such as Sports Day, under 8s day, and NAIDOC celebrations. In Term 4, our children visit Prep classrooms, and take part in a class such as Physical Education and Music. Our involvement in school experiences have received positive feedback from children, families and school staff and promote a positive transition to Prep.

Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

What you’ll bring

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:

• A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
