What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to create a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to complete job briefs, sourcing, shortlisting, assessments, compliance checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Build and manage talent pools for current and future workforce needs.

What you’ll bring 

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!  

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: 

  • Tertiary qualification in HR (or working towards) highly regarded  
  • Work experience in a TA or HR function would be advantageous 
  • A working knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices 
  • Valid Blue Card and National Police Check or willingness to obtain (we will fund this for you)
