The opportunity is now open for you to join our inspiring Learning Experience Team in leading learning and development through an inclusive and growth-oriented culture, to provide quality professional development experiences for our organisation.
You'll help us create dynamic learning experience opportunities for our diverse workforce by:
- Partnering with organisational leaders to analyse, design, develop, implement, evaluate and continuously improve professional learning activities to enhance capability of all C&K employees in delivering on the C&K mission.
- Consult with C&K business units to plan and execute the delivery of strategic learning experiences across multiple forums including, but not limited to the Senior Leadership Team events, C&K Conferences and events to enhance organisational performance for C&K employees, Affiliate services and external clients.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of adult learning and development activities and organisational capability frameworks aligned to C&K’s strategic intent supporting a positive organisational culture.
- Advocate and curate contemporary professional learning content delivered to all C&K employees.

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is required.
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- Current Police Check
- Qualifications in Adult Learning and/or Information Technology also considered.
- Experience with Authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and RISE and further experience in online instructional design and UX development including supporting relevant tools, highly advantageous.
- Strong Literacy and Digital Literacy skills
