Work closely with various functional units to analyze processes and workflow to identify possible application solutions, evaluate suitable solutions vendors, manage the end-to-end procurement process and project manage the implementation. Assist the users in the development and delivery of future Application System acting as a liaison between application vendors.

Our People and Culture team plans, builds and designs people strategies to ensure that Rainbow Centre has a competent and passionate workforce to meet the aspirations of our service users. The Senior Executive, Shared Services will provide HR support in a Special Education (SPED) School, ensure accurate execution of HR operations, and leverage HR systems to deliver quality services. The Senior Executive, Shared Services will be stationed onsite in the School Administration Office for 4 days a week and he/she will spend the remaining 1 day in HQ office to stay aligned with organisational HR policies and practices.
