Through services delivered across the life course, RC supports individuals to develop skills, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life—from out-of-school-hours care and education to adult empowerment, therapy, social care, and community integration. The Care Facilitator is a key support role that assists in the delivery of daily activities and routines for persons with disabilities. Working as part of a team, the Care Facilitator provides hands-on support during activities, transitions, and personal care where required, helping to ensure that activities are safe, engaging, and well-organised. Guided by each individual’s Good Life Care Plan, the Care Facilitator provides consistent, individualised support that helps create structured and nurturing environments where clients can participate meaningfully, practise daily living and social skills, and experience positive interactions with peers and staff.

We are looking for a Speech Language Therapist to provide high quality therapy and intervention programmes to enable students with special needs to reach the maximum potential and equip staff / caregivers with techniques that will enhance the student’s development.
