The Technician, Laboratory performs duties necessary to assist instructors in the development, testing, and application of equipment or experiments for laboratory use. Some major task include preparing, setting up and maintaining the WW science labs, monitoring the lab equipment, preparing media and solutions, culture and monitoring, ordering lab supplies and keeping track, supervising and ensuring lab safety issues along with other duties related to the lab.
