About the role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team based in Sydney. The primary function of this role is the development and execution of marketing strategies and communication plans through multiple channels.

Key accountabilities for the role include:

  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies in line with business objectives
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (internal & external) to manage the positioning of the organisation’s brand
  • Educate customers by sharing information and identify opportunities to improve customer service, satisfaction and loyalty through experiences and customer feedback
  • Maintain and update internal communication platforms to drive cultural change

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Media, Marketing or a related field
  • Superb communication skills, in particular writing and editing skills, newsletters, intranet and content writing
  • Exceptional relationship building & stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with internal communications, preferably with trades based staff & an understanding of how best to communicate with remote / site-based workforces
  • Previous experience in the property & building services or services industries highly regarded
