About the role:

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Construction Modernisation Sales Team based in our Brisbane office (Eagle Farm).

The position will see you develop the sales arguments to help achieve sales in each product line. Your key accountabilities include leading and mentoring the team, tender process & presenting our solutions to the client, closing the sale & managing the handover to project management, account management of existing key clients and providing technical product information to both internal & external client groups.

The successful candidate will be a switched-on individual who has previous experience sales management with a proven track record of growth within the lift or building / construction industries.

The requirements:

• Strong technical background with the ability to interpret drawings & other technical data
• Degree or Diploma qualification in an appropriate technical or business related discipline
• Experience leading and mentoring sales consultants 
• Strong presentation and influencing skills
• Outstanding communication skills and customer service etiquette
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A current driver's license
