About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative, with a genuine enthusiasm for excellence in customer service to join our organisation based in our National Call Centre in Mascot. Reporting to a supporting and experienced Customer Service Manager, the primary function of this role is to receive service requests from customers and to dispatch these requests to our highly trained technicians, accordingly.

Key Accountabilities:
- Taking inbound calls and break down requests
- Logging and dispatching service calls to technicians
- Providing customers with accurate and timely information regarding job progression
- Following and implementing our internal escalation processes to ensure jobs are dispatched in a timely manner
What we are looking for:
- 2pm - 10pm, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
- Experience in a customer service position
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service etiquette
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
- Strong keyboard skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems and decision making
- An ability to maintain composure under pressure in a demanding environment
