About the role:

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Repairs Sales Associate to support branch operations in developing Repairs sales and preparing quotes. The role will be located from either our South Australian branch in Thebarton or can be located in our Sydney Mascot office. It will see you partnering with our existing customers and supporting them with the sales of our Repairs products nationally.

You will need to have a strong sales and marketing background with experience interacting with customers. If you have experience working in the vertical transportation industry or similar will be strongly considered.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support branch operations in developing Sundry Repairs sales and the preparation of quotes
  • Maintain sales database for sundry repairs.
  • Leverage repair and upgrade kit sales by targeted sales to our existing customer base through electronic means, phone calls, quoting and rigour follow-up to achieve sales targets.
  • Promote Schindler as the preferred repairs partner.
  • Maintain effective internal relationships
  • Build and strengthen strong relationships with customers
  • Identify key decision makers and internal relationships of potential clients

What we are looking for:

  • Sales Experience
  • Lift industry knowledge or similar will be highly regarded.
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Knowledge of administration, sales & marketing disciplines
  • Outbound experience is preferred – but not essential.
