About the role:

As our Procurement officer, you will be responsible for administering the Vendor Management Policy, onboarding and managing vendors, and maintaining an accurate and compliant vendor database. This includes ensuring all documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are met. The role supports procurement processes across platforms such as SAP MM, Microsoft Dynamics, and other relevant systems.

The role will also see you actively support the broader Procurement and Supply Chain teams, especially during high-volume periods and team absences.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Administer the Vendor Management Policy across procurement activities.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new vendors, including collection and verification of prerequisite documentation.
  • Maintain the vendor master database to ensure data integrity, contract compliance, and timely updates.
  • Monitor and manage contract lifecycles, renewals, and expiry alerts.
  • Utilise systems such as SAP MM and Microsoft Dynamics for procurement operations and vendor recordkeeping.
  • Contribute to data quality improvements and procurement process optimizations.
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and insightful reports for management.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, or related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in procurement platforms (SAP MM, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience in contract administration or database management is an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to strategic sourcing or vendor evaluations is desirable.
  • Clear and effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with purchasing and supplier lifecycle processes.
  • Understanding of vendor due diligence and contract compliance requirements.
  • Ability to create and maintain procurement reports and dashboards.
