About the role:
We are seeking an engineering professional or similar who is looking to advance their career in a national role. Based in our head office in Alexandria, this Systems & Technology coordinator role is responsible for working with the National Service Team to identify and communicate best practice processes and methodology to our service businesses nationally. Working closely with our field teams and operations managers, you will be the main point of contact to resolve issues, deliver processes and solutions, and ensure that all staff understand and effectively use the systems and tools in place.
As you progress in the role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and be the key individual developing, documenting and implementing new processes nationally to our operations teams to meet the needs of their business. You will learn how to proactively manage the change process and coach and train employees on the implementation of new processes, systems and tools.

Key Accountabilities:
- Identify Gaps in the business process and in consultation with Key Stakeholders.
- Assist National Managers to drive the concept, definition, documentation, implementation, roll out & validation phases of both existing and new Service processes.
- Ensure the Schindler service Databases and Documents are updated with any process changes
- Assist in the management of the cross-functional & interface issues with other functions and departments.
- Ensure documentation of all Schindler Service processes
- Provide weekly and ad-hoc reports on key operational metrics to investigate and rectify deviations.
What we are looking for:
- Degree qualifications in Engineering, Finance / Accounting, Business or related discipline
- Previous experience in an administration or process/systems-driven role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a successful team
