Job Description:
This role is responsible for ensuring appropriate and accurate flow of billing and claims processing for the Care Clinic.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or relevant experience required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in billing, coding or accounting is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in billing and/or coding is preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal grant funding sources including HRSA, ODH, CDC, etc. is preferred.
• Familiarity with federal grants is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access is preferred.
• Experience with hospital billing practices is preferred.
