Job Description:

The Assistant Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the recruiting process within the University of Toledo Football program. This position will take a lead role in campus visit planning, assist in marketing and promoting the philosophy and objectives of the football program, and assist with assessing student athlete academic status. This position is also responsible for assisting with the management of various programs for current and prospective football student athletes.
The Assistant Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for adhering to compliance, policies and procedures of the Athletic Department, University of Toledo, NCAA, and MAC.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:
•Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
•Division I college coaching experience preferred
•Must be highly recommended by references

Communication and other skills:
•Must be a proven, successful recruiter
•Ability to effectively communicate and counsel student-athletes on requirements for personal conduct, academic performance, and athletic performance.
•Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Demonstrate professional conduct and ethical behavior.
•Ability to comply with all policies and regulations of the University, MAC, and NCAA.
