Job Description:

This position assists in the management of the daily operations of the Scholarship Office, which serves both prospective students as well as continuing students at the University. Throughout the year, these operations include the awarding of donor scholarships, evaluating and processing scholarship renewals, and communications to students regarding scholarships.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:

•High School Diploma or GED and one year experience
•Accurate data entry skills
•Filing skills
•Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word and Access
•Experience in Banner
•Knowledge and experience in UT and outside Scholarships
•Knowledge and experience in Treasurer, Registrar and Financial Aid functions
Communication and other skills:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Organization skills
•Ability to prioritize
•Time management skills
•Excellent customer service skills
