Job Description:

The Medical Physics Assistant (MPA) will focus on radiation dosimetry as applied to radiation therapy, including treatment planning, dose calibration and measurement, quality assurance and consultation. The Medical Physics Assistant will be expected to assist in routine task that would be typically performed by a medical physicist or his/her staff. Under general supervision, the MPA will assist the physicists with day-to-day operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• CAMPEP-accredited graduate degree in medical physics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CAMPEP-accredited graduate degree in medical physics.
