Job Description:

This position provides high-level strategic, administrative, and daily operational leadership support to the Office of the Provost. This position serves as a trusted advisor and senior administrative leader, ensuring the effective coordination, execution, and monitoring of institutional priorities, initiatives, and directives. The role requires advanced judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced executive environment. This position may also provide support to other provost staff and executives as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience in an academic or healthcare environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong managerial ability.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders, and work collaboratively across functions, levels, and departments toward shared objectives.
• Ability to cope with continuous change and pressures in a dynamic, highly demanding environment where expectations for performance and productivity are high.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
