Job Description:
The Program Manager of Student Leadership is responsible for leading and administering major undergraduate and graduate leadership initiatives within the Neff College of Business and Innovation (NCOBI), including the Klar Leadership Academy, Advanced Leadership Academy, Neff Scholars Program, Jump Start Program, and other student leadership and engagement initiatives aligned with the college’s strategic priorities. This position develops, coordinates, implements, and assesses programs that promote student leadership development, academic success, professional growth, and student engagement. This position works collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to ensure high-quality programming and positive student outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other emerging technologies required.
Proficiency in project management, attention to detail, prioritization of work, and organizational skills required.
Ability to work under minimal supervision, tight timelines, and frequent high-volume circumstances required.
Willingness and ability to take direction from various sources required.
Must be flexible and available outside normal business hours.
Strong writing and public speaking skills required.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a diverse environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred.
Three to five years’ experience in higher education, student development, leadership programming, event management, nonprofit administration, or a related field preferred.
