Job Description:

The UNIVERSITY OF TOLEDO COLLEGE OF LAW invites applications to fill one or more tenure-track or tenured positions at the rank of assistant professor, associate professor, or professor. Curricular priorities include Constitutional Law and one or more of the following: upper-level business courses, professional responsibility, trusts and estates, environmental law, and intellectual property. The core responsibilities of this position include teaching courses, scholarly research and writing, and service to students, the College of Law, the University, and the broader legal community.

Minimum Qualifications:

Successful candidates must have a juris doctorate with an outstanding academic record, including a record of scholarly achievement or demonstrated potential for scholarly achievement.
