Job Description:

The Research Associate independently performs components of a research program under the direction of a Principal Investigator (PI) or senior research staff. The role supports design, execution, analysis, and reporting of research activities, contributes to development of new research initiatives, and ensures compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a relevant field OR Bachelor’s degree with at least two (2) years of relatedexperience.
•PhD Preferred
•Knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis, and reporting.
•Knowledge and experience with specialty equipment required.
•Strong problem-solving skills are required.
•Federal grands might require associates to be US Citizens
Communication and Other Skills
•Demonstrated abilities in laboratory techniques required.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Proficient in college level TechnicalEnglish.
•Experience with mentoring students required.
