In collaboration with key department leaders, you will oversee recruitment logistics, planning, and sequencing. In partnership with the recruitment team, you will manage outreach to schools and organizations to schedule recruitment presentations and ensure sufficient coverage at all events. Additionally, you will manage the escalation plan for priority visit schools and communicate the needs of nonresponders as appropriate.

In this role, you will ensure data accuracy by regularly auditing and properly recording all interactions with educators and counselors in the database. You will research new contacts at priority schools and organizations and develop new strategies to boost recruitment. Among other duties, you will regularly monitor application and enrollment reports to evaluate the results of activities and use assessments for future planning. You will also execute communications at specific intervals as required by the university’s communication plan and operate the management system to effectively record and track applicant documents, individual contacts, and other relevant information.

In this position, you will travel to strategically identified high schools, community colleges, and universities to meet with prospective students and families to provide information about the application process and portfolio counseling. Maintaining a current knowledge of all policies and procedures to effectively communicate accurate information about the university is required. In partnership with the office for career and alumni success, you will coordinate the involvement of alumni and parent ambassadors in recruitment efforts.
