As an athletic trainer, you will assess artist-athletes for injuries and develop rehabilitation plans. Responsibilities include the creation of sport-specific injury-prevention programming and the prompt communication of artist-athletes’ limitations to coaching staff. You will also accurately record all artist-athlete visits and treatments
Minimum qualifications:
- Master’s degree in athletic training
Certificates, licenses, and registrations:
- National athletic training association board official certification (ATA BOC) certification
- Georgia licensure
Travel required:
- 10–20%
Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
