As a cook at Press, the university’s newest café, you will receive and inspect supplies to ensure that quality and quantity meet established standards and specifications. Responsibilities include placing orders, preparing and presenting food for sale, and preparing food according to recipes. You will become familiar with kitchen inventory and rotate food accordingly to maintain freshness standards.
