Position Title: Student Media Summer Transition Team

Position Summary: The student employee will work as part of the Student Media Transition Team to prepare Student Media for the fall 2025 semester.

Essential Functions:
-Complete full office inventory
-Catalog an review the training materials in Student Media's D2L space
-Contact incoming leaders for the 2025-2026 year to assist with planning tasks
-Work with student employment to process new hires
-Review training protocols and design fall training sessions
-Design one full-day retreat for all leaders and staff
-Create content calendars for fall semester

Required Qualifications:
-Must have worked one full semester for Student Media to be eligible for this position
-Adept at using Microsoft office Suite and navigating the Student Media server space
-Adept at using Google Docs and navigating Student Media's folder on Google Drive
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
-Ability to use Adobe InDesign
