Position Summary: Manage the music library to ensure music scores and instruments are properly categorized, organized and stored.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for maintaining about 10 hours per week to:
• Handle requests to check in/out music scores and instruments
• Maintain check in/out procedures and electronic documentation of issued music and instruments
• Shelve returned music materials and instruments, and
• Relay to the department chair instruments that need repair.
Required Qualifications:
• Knowledge of types of instruments.
• Ability to differentiate between ensembles to store scores by category.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, and categorizing and alphabetizing music and instruments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently, be organized, and provide effective customer service in a courteous manner.
Hourly, Mon-Fri.
