Position Title: Adjunct (Philosophy)

Position Summary: Washburn University's department of Philosophy and Religious Studies seeks applications for adjunct instructor, Philosophy to begin Spring 2025.

Essential Functions:
Teach PH100: Introduction to Philosophy or PH102 Ethics: Introduction to Moral Problems.
In-person only. Classes will be taught on Washburn University's campus. 

Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree or higher in Philosophy or closely related field, or a master's degree in another field with 18 graduate credit hours of course work in Philosophy.
• Demonstrated dedication to developing inclusive teaching practices that engage students from all backgrounds.
• Official transcripts are required during the offer process.
