The Student Success Coach coaches a defined, consistent group of at-risk students, especially students who are First-Year, First-Generation, Low-Income, underrepresented, academically under-prepared, and/or on Academic Warning or Probation. The Student Success Coach is part of a new advising model where Coaches are integrally involved with all facets of a student's academic, personal, and future success. The Coach will regularly interact with students to support them as they identify and reach educational goals, develop study skills and life skills, and overcome challenges to realize their personal potential. The hours for this position are 10am-7pm M-R and 8am-5pm on F to support evening student success operations.
