    Part-Time Lecturer (Finance) in Ypsilanti

    The Department of Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems in the College of Business (COB) is seeking a new Part-Time Lecturer to teach undergraduate courses in the new Financial Planning and Wealth Management (FPWM) BBA program. This program prepares students to become financial advisors, wealth managers, and estate planners. The curriculum is designed to align closely with the requirements for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to sit for the CFP examination. The lecturer may teach courses in the areas of general financial planning, investment strategies, estate planning, wealth management, retirement planning, and risk and insurance strategies, as well as the capstone course in financial plan development (CFP preferred). Courses will be delivered online asynchronously through prerecorded lectures and assignments (there are no scheduled class times for this instructional modality). The College offers AACSB accredited graduate and undergraduate programs in business.
