Technician, Building Controls Systems in Richmond Campus
The Building Control Systems Technician will coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (hereafter MEP) Services staff, within their appointed areas of specialty, to ensure that the EKU Buildings operate at the expected level of comfort and efficiency. Coordinate all activities related to monitoring and maintenance of the NSB MEP systems, which includes the use of various computer systems, to maintain an optimum educational environment. Incumbent works directly with the Manager, Campus Utility Systems and Building Control and assists them by coordinating Facilities Management resources.

Set and execute the vision for student engagement and the student co-curricular experience. Provide leadership, personnel management, budgetary oversight, and assessment for programming and services in the areas of Student Activities, Involvement, and Engagement. This includes supporting the Campus Activities Board, collaborating with campus and community partners on engagement initiatives, and serving as a planning and activity implementation resource.
