This role ensures accurate and timely processing of student account transactions involving external agencies and organizations. In addition to the primary duties, the Specialist serves as an additional resource for general office inquiries, including phone calls, online chats, and email inquiries, ensuring consistent service coverage within the Student Accounting Services team. The Specialist provides clear guidance, resolves account-related questions while promoting a positive and professional service experience.
