The Department of Applied Human Sciences at Eastern Kentucky University seeks a nine-month tenure-track faculty member at the rank of assistant or associate professor for Academic Year 2026-2027. Applicants should hold an earned Ph.D. in nutrition, food sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution at the time of appointment. ABD applicants may be considered with evidence of a scheduled doctoral defense that occurs no later than May prior to a Fall appointment. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is preferred. The position begins August 2026.

Coord, PGA Golf Mgt Admin Afrs in Richmond Campus
The Coordinator serves as the liaison with the PGA of America Manager of University Programming. The Coordinator's primary responsibility is the administration of all PGA of America University programming requirements for the Eastern Kentucky University PGA Golf Management program. The Coordinator will also assist in the administration of the PGA Golf Management Program at Eastern Kentucky University, to include the recruitment of students, knowledge of Eastern Kentucky University and PGM admission, curriculum and program requirements, assisting with student player development and tournament program, and accreditation requirements of the PGA of America. The Coordinator will manage all administrative activities in the office.
