Under the general direction of the Access Services Manager, the Part-Time Access Services Associate is responsible for supervising student employees, providing excellent service to library patrons, and performing routine Access Services and circulation duties. This position will provide general reference help, Chat coverage, and will act as backup for ILL, Reserves, and material processing. Weekend and evening hours are required. This is a 10-month, part-time position, not eligible for benefits. The regular schedule for this position is Fridays from 2:00–7:15 p.m., Saturdays from 10:45 a.m.–7:15 p.m., and Sundays from 10:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (approximately 20 hours per week). Hours may fluctuate during academic breaks and J-Term based on library hours and staffing needs.
