Your main responsibilities will include supporting our team in driving product performance and marketing outcomes.
The opportunity…
Performance
- Support the Digital Performance Team in meeting and exceeding all digital performance KPIs by utilising a range of channels and tools that manage the customer lifecycle and onsite customer experience. While supporting product and marketing performance initiatives, you will also organise and oversee the delivery of content on the websites and the ongoing management of the product catalogues.
Product Support
- Help plan and prioritise the enhancement pipeline through the digital delivery process according to customer requirements, business strategy and value, and industry trends. Support the development of use cases, contribute to discussions related to user journey improvements, and help facilitate ideation and solutioning with the Digital Design Team.
Marketing Execution
- Support the development and delivery of the owned, earned, and paid omnichannel marketing program to drive commercial and non-commercial performance for all digital products. Help maintain the 12-month marketing and content calendars for digital properties for both internal and external audiences.
Technical Expertise
- Use enterprise-level platforms (SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Wordpress, Salesforce, Hubspot, PowerBI, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Jira, Confluence, Wrike, Hotjar, Qualtrics, Social (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok) to develop insights and deliver enhancements and marketing.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage Business Unit stakeholder relationships and proactively engage with internal operations teams to optimise digital channel activity and maximise internal engagement and usage of digital products.
Analytics, Reporting, and Insights
- Support the development of periodic and ad-hoc reporting of success metrics for key features, traffic, and behaviour for digital products. Help generate actionable insights to inform product decisions and contribute to the development of data-backed business cases to meet customer requirements and performance objectives. Contribute to marketing activity and ROI reporting, and participate in discussions for future improvements.
