The opportunity…
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Marsden Park site in Sydney, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management and resolution of warehouse service desk tickets, coordination of site visits, and facilitation of staff pick-up orders.
This role also encompasses the reporting of service desk activities and milestones, escalation of overdue issues, and maintenance of the miss pick register. The administrator collaborates with team members and operating partners to support daily tasks, develop reporting tools and KPI packs, and provide coverage for the site administrator during periods of leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and triage warehouse service desk tickets
- Allocate Warehouse Service Desk tickets to appropriate departments for action
- Resolve WSD on task completion
- Warehouse service desk activity reporting
- Escalation of overdue warehouse service desk elements.
- Completion of miss pick register based on warehouse service desk miss pick submissions.
- Coordinate warehouse operational site visits from warehouse service desk submissions
- Communicate and coordinate staff pick up orders for collection
- Ability to support in creation of regular reporting tools and KPI packs.
- Site Project support as required
- Support and cover for site administrator during periods of leave

Experience required:
- 3+ years’ experience in operational administration roles with service desk experience preferred
- ERP systems Knowledge. SAP preferrable
- Organized, Independent and process oriented.
- A strong work ethic, flexible in approach and supportive of others
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; build credibility and trust with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with intermediate to advanced Excel
- Ability to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
